Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain various client reports (e.g., candidate status, new hires, service duration tracking) using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of all reports to support operational needs and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather, validate, and update data.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, charts).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage and maintain large datasets.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet collaboration tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in creating automated reports or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with HR or recruitment-related reporting.
  • Skills in Excel automation using macros or VBA scripting.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role.
  • Industry Advantage: Experience related to recruiting and funnel analysis will be a strong plus.
  • Additional Advantage: Background in candidate sourcing and talent scouting across multiple channels (referrals, job boards, social media, alumni networks, agencies).

Job Details & Compensation

  • Location: Baner, Pune
  • Work Mode: On-site (5 days a week)
  • Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
  • Salary Range: ₹5.5 - ₹ 6 LPA
  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
