Job Summary:
We are seeking a Membership Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing membership applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage membership applications, including reviewing and processing documents, conducting background checks, and verifying information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including updating records and maintaining accurate files.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in membership management, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with membership management software and systems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
