Research Professional Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proposal Development: Develop proposals for research studies by following established guidelines and best practices.
  • Field Work Material Preparation: Prepare robust and error-free material for field work, including brief notes, budgets, show cards, and other necessary documents.
  • Questionnaire Design: Learn the basics of questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, and different kinds of scales. Prepare high-quality questionnaires for simple projects as guided.
  • Project Management: Understand project setup, execution, and commercial management. Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines. Share research study pre-requisites with PM teams and debrief interviewers and POG team on the study and questionnaire.
  • Client Management: Manage clients independently for routine matters and address their queries on ongoing projects. Attend client meetings, make notes, and prepare minutes of the meeting. Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients.
  • Time Management: Follow up with support teams according to timelines and submit client deliverables timely. Manage and multitask project activities.
  • Collaboration: Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating with inter- and intra-team members.
  • New Initiatives & Skills Development: Upgrade skills for professional and organizational growth. Stay updated on client businesses and categories.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Location:

Malappuram, India

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure individual performance and success. A performance review process will be conducted regularly to discuss progress, provide feedback, and set goals for future improvement.
