Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the development and deployment of value propositions across diverse markets.

This role will be instrumental in crafting compelling, customer-centric messages that align with our business goals and resonate with key stakeholders.

  • Lead the creation, refinement, and management of value propositions for key business segments and product lines.
  • Drive alignment between customer needs, market insights, and company strengths to craft actionable, results-driven propositions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-develop messaging strategies with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Value Proposition Development

  • Develop strategic value propositions that address the unique needs and pain points of target customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate value proposition development into overall business strategy.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of value propositions in driving business growth and customer engagement.

Marketing Activation & Communication Tools

  • Translate value propositions into clear and engaging marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and more.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that bring value propositions to life across multiple platforms.
  • Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality output that meets brand standards.

Sales Enablement & Internal Training

  • Provide sales teams with relevant messaging, tools, and collateral to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Conduct training and workshops to embed consistent messaging across internal and customer-facing teams.

Stakeholder Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on value proposition development and deployment.
  • Liaise with global marketing and product leadership to ensure regional adaptation while maintaining brand coherence.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and country leads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing or strategy, preferably within the Building & Construction sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying value propositions across multi-country markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and leading cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in content management systems, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
