Role Overview

The CRM Account Manager is a strategic role that oversees the end-to-end management of customer relationships, leveraging automation to drive lead generation and nurturing.

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations on LeadSquared, ensuring accurate data management and smooth process flow.
  • Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, distribution, follow-ups, patient/client engagement, and campaign tracking.
  • Drive lead generation and upscaling of campaigns through automation within LeadSquared.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and integration of automation with existing processes.
Required Skills & Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Mandatory experience in LeadSquared CRM (automation workflows, campaign tracking, dashboards).
  • Strong understanding of CRM automation and lead management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • At least 36 years of hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM.
  • Experience in healthcare/wellness/service industries preferred.
