Job Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India, focusing on industrial parks.
- Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
- Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
- Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.
- Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee asset performance and manage key asset management functions to drive value creation.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
- Monitor relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 14 years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management. A CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution is required. Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset are essential for success in this role.
