Job Title: IT Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to join our team at people-prime-worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end IT Asset Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Implement, and Manage ITAM Processes: Develop and implement comprehensive IT Asset Management strategies to ensure optimal asset utilization, cost optimization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Software Asset Management (SAM) Lifecycle Management: Lead the SAM lifecycle, including license management, compliance audits, procurement, renewals, and optimization, to ensure seamless software deployment and use.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, finance, security, and IT operations teams to ensure alignment, cost optimization, and compliance.
  • Process Improvements and Automation: Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor ITAM/SAM performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Experience in ITAM and SAM Tools: Proven experience in using IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management tools, such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, and Ivanti.
  • Licenses and Compliance Management: Solid understanding of license models, including perpetual, subscription, cloud/SaaS, BYOL, and enterprise agreements, and hands-on experience in software license optimization, audits, and compliance management.
  • Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management: Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, disposal, and refresh.
  • ITIL Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly ITAM/SAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow reports.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
