Job Title: Training Team Lead/Process Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our training academy and deliver training sessions on Australian accounting standards and practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the training academy to upskill existing staff for advancement to higher positions.
  • Conduct training sessions on Australian accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver refresher courses and continuous training programs to keep staff updated on current practices.
  • Oversee the entire training department, including the planning, executing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Expertise in Australian accounting standards and practices will provide a significant advantage over training experience in other regions.
  • Proven experience in accounting training or financial process training.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the training academy and foster staff development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification e.g., CPA Australia, CA, CA Inter will be preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting will be an added advantage.

Timing: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

5 days working.
