Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing staff skills and knowledge, focusing on delivering effective training sessions, developing training materials, and implementing evaluation processes that promote clear communication and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating employee training needs to develop bespoke training programs.
  • Creating engaging training materials, resources, and presentations to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Scheduling and conducting training sessions to equip staff with in-depth knowledge of Australian accounting, payroll, and financial reporting regulations.
  • Assessing training outcomes and monitoring staff progress to adjust goals and schedules.
  • Recording staff progress and providing updates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain concepts, offer feedback, and promote learning.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time and complete tasks before deploying a training program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with an accounting domain being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using various training tools and technologies.
  • Experience in Australian accounting is a plus.
