Job Summary

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate and empower graphic designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training materials and resources for graphic design software and tools.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate and enhance the skills of graphic designers.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to designers to improve their technical and creative abilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with design team leads to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share best practices with the design team.
  • Assess the proficiency of designers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize workshops and seminars to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Create engaging and interactive training sessions to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Implement assessment tools and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
  • Support the onboarding process for new graphic designers.
  • Empower designers to develop their personal brand and unique design style.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
  • Collaborate with external training resources and industry professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Prior experience in conducting training or teaching graphic design concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support the growth of designers.
  • Deep passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in creating instructional materials such as tutorials, presentations, and videos.
  • Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the learning styles and needs of diverse designers.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing training gaps and opportunities.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
