Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work.

This role involves managing day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving service delivery issues, and transitioning management during set up or expansion phases.

  • Establish infrastructure necessary for service provision, including technology, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.
Critical Skills Required
  • At least 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience and digital marketing ads sales expertise.
  • Dynamic leadership skills with experience in managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent English language proficiency.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, design effective business operations, and develop individual team members.
  • University graduate or above, with at least 8 years of people management experience.
