Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strong English language skills, with a proven track record of handling international customer calls.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with order management systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Maps.
  • Knowledge of PNI Spatial net is an advantage.
