- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in international voice process or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in customer handling and conflict resolution techniques.
- Able to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
- International voice experience in customer support is mandatory.
