Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer support professional to join our team in a quality assurance role. This position involves reviewing associate's quality of phone and/or non-voice interactions based on client established quality measures.

\

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support and possess excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and time management skills. They should be able to work accurately to agreed targets, manage their workload efficiently, and maintain accurate records.

\

In addition to the above skills, the selected candidate will also be required to possess basic knowledge of computers and software, as well as knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring associate's compliance to business rules and processes, reporting any breaches identified, and assisting in making recommendations for quality assurance improvement.

\

Education: Higher secondary & above is a must.
