Job Title: HR Systems Manager

About the Role:

The HRIS systems manager oversees the administration and implementation of HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration with various departments.

  • Configuration and setup of HRIS systems, including testing and role security.
  • Project management during system implementations, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Documentation of configuration processes and key decisions for change management and communication purposes.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementations, gathering feedback from UAT members and escalating to the implementation team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analyze HR functional business and system processes, recommending improvements to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data standards through automation, set up of preventative controls, data audits, and collaboration with the business for corrections.
  • Establish and maintain business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders, building user competence in accessing and reviewing data.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  • Guarantee accuracy and data integrity of HRIS systems through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Lead the sustainment planning for HR technology, including release planning.
  • Support other HRIS projects as required.
  • Manage integrations with both HR and D&T systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HRIS systems and software applications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
