Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the platform and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, setting up and tracking key metrics, and leading instance upgrades and patch management.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate technical requirements and drive business outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing disruptions
  • Develop and implement customized workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs
  • Leverage ServiceNow's robust features to enhance ticketing, incident management, and problem resolution processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs
  • Strong understanding of data import/export, UI policies, and domain separation
  • Familiarity with scoped apps, catalog items, approval workflows, and SLAs
