Senior ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst Experience">

We are seeking a seasoned Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with business analyst experience in Workday HR, specifically Colleague. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employee-facing side of HR systems and excellent testing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for employee processes across multiple systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Perform thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and its APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs.
  • Workflow automation expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms.
  • Performance testing skills in evaluating the performance of integrated systems.
  • Regression testing skills in ensuring integrations remain intact after updates or patches.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
