Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

Financial Planning and Performance Management

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controlling accounts payable/receivable processes. They will assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects, monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications include CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7–10 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
