Job Title: Process Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of various industrial processes, including Kiln, Raw Mill, and Coal Mill.


About the Role:
  • To manage the daily operation of Kiln, Raw Mill, and Coal Mill ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP, PP, and MS Office systems.
  • Foster a safety culture within the department by promoting adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage refractory-related tasks during kiln shutdowns and oversee manpower allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize production levels to achieve targeted goals and reduce specific power consumption and heat consumption.
  • Maintain high-quality cement production through effective operation and maintenance of equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of process operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in SAP, PP, and MS Office software.
  • Awareness of safety protocols and regulations.
