Engineering Leadership Position

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of US Engineering Recruiters to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles across multiple clients and industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet performance targets.
  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
  4. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  5. Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters.
  6. Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
