Job Description

Our company seeks a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee the team's real-time transfer agent (RTA) operations in both listed and unlisted sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of activities and managing service level agreements (SLAs).

This role requires NISM-Series-II-A certification and good knowledge of equity corporate actions.

The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, they should be proficient in handling audits, automation, and software integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of 5-7 persons, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Oversee RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and meeting SLAs.
  3. Handle all types of equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  4. Coordinate closely with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) and regulatory bodies for corporate actions and admission processes.
  5. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • NISM-Series-II-A certification
  • 6-7 years of experience in RTA / Depository Participant / share broking firms
  • Good knowledge of RTA operations and equity corporate actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
