Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven operations leader to oversee daily operations across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and driving growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
    • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning and order fulfillment.
    • Monitor account health metrics, such as Buy Box share and customer feedback.
    • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings and unauthorized sellers.
  • Platform Operations
    • Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
    • Ensure stock accuracy and fill rates through close coordination with supply chain.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation.
    • Coordinate with marketing for launches and promos.
