We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Cloud Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling sales success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment, and scalability. They will also be an excellent communicator skilled at simplifying complex topics for non-technical teams.
Responsibilities- Train and upskill the sales team on cloud products, features, use-cases, and value propositions.
- Actively guide and support the sales team to convert leads into cloud customers.
- Resolve technical customer queries both online and onsite as needed ensuring satisfaction.
- Create and document standardized processes, solution flows, and best practices for cloud offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design custom cloud solutions for potential clients.
- Stay informed on cloud trends and competitors, offering strategic insights to sales and product teams.
- Drive cloud growth by empowering sales teams to pitch cloud more effectively.
- Represent the company as a cloud expert in customer meetings, events, and webinars confidently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment, and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical teams.
- Self-motivation, process orientation, and a passion for enabling sales success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
