Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key organizations to drive business growth.
- Performance Target Achievement: Meet or exceed performance targets for assigned partners, including volume, revenue, penetration, and growth metrics.
- Business Expansion Strategies: Identify opportunities across product categories to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to develop sales pipelines, leveraging resources from product teams, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, and more.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute marketing plans, collateral development, media outreach, pricing, and service delivery models for both new and existing products.
- Product Enhancements: Implement product enhancements across existing partner networks to boost business growth and improve customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including business, product, tech, marketing, compliance, and more, to deliver custom solutions.
- Partner Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new partners to ensure smooth integration and timely support.
- Training and Engagement: Develop and implement training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition events, and other initiatives to engage and educate partners.
- Brand Positioning: Develop and manage effective brand positioning strategies to differentiate our brand in the market.
- Communication: Provide timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
Preferred Candidates:
- Proven enterprise sales, channel management, or relationship management experience
- Familiarity with financial products and technology
- Strong leadership engagement capabilities
- Excellent relationship-building skills for external/internal/cross-functional objectives
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement
- Data-driven and service-oriented approach
- Proactive, self-driven, and persistent attitude
- Qualification: Graduates with MBA/PG
