Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

The role of a Digital Growth Specialist is to drive the adoption and engagement for our mobile app across customer segments. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy around new customer acquisition, driving customer value through cross-selling, win-backs, and transaction intensity.

In this position, you will shape the digital business of our bank by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as digital marketing, tech solutions, and product development.

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop initiatives to increase traffic on our channels (mobile and net) with an objective to boost conversion from target bases and drive adoption among new and existing consumers.
    • Analyse user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions on our platforms.
    • Work closely with our product, analytics, and digital marketing team to design targeted campaigns based on customer personas and digital outreach respectively.
    • Utilise data analytics and segmentation to create targeted marketing strategies. Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimise user journeys.
    • Own an end-to-end measurement framework for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment. Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and growth experiments.
    • Collaborate with BI/analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets.
  • Product Enhancement:
    • Be the voice of the customer in shaping new features and products that our bank should launch.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns and have a strong view on customer needs.
    • Drive the adoption of new products among existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
    • Co-create new and optimise existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers.
Key Skill Set Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps

• Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail are must-haves

• Prior experience working with campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe, Firebase, and Appsflyer is required

• Hands-on experience with data extraction and interpretation tools like SQL and Power BI

• Experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategy

• Managing a digital portfolio for a bank/fintech/NBFC is a plus
