About Performance Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will drive our digital growth across various platforms, plan and execute campaigns, analyze results, and scale revenue while improving ROI and customer acquisition.

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize budget allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize creative assets and targeting strategies.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
