Job Title: Database Solutions Architect

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Database Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Design and Development: Develop and implement robust database designs that meet business requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of database solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in database technology.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex database-related issues.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Database Solutions Architect with a strong background in database design and development. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in OLTP & OLAP database design.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and scripting languages (pgsql, tsql, plsql).
  • Data Management: Working knowledge of data loads, ETL, and data migrations.
  • Expertise: Expertise in building complex stored procedures, functions, and database setup.
  • Auditing and Performance: Experience in database auditing, performance bottleneck identification, application lifecycle management, and user management.
  • Estimates and Deliverables: Strong understanding of project estimates and deliverables.
