Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions across diverse technology stacks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define architectural standards, and ensure the delivery of robust and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions across multiple technology stacks.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, product managers, development teams) to gather and prioritize technical and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and system design documents for multi-stack solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimizations to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend modern frameworks, tools, cloud solutions, and DevOps practices to improve development workflows and infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple technology stacks, ensuring the right mix of technologies is used for optimal solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across different platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards, incorporating DevSecOps principles.
• Stay updated with emerging industry trends in cloud computing, AI, DevOps, and modern software architectures.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.

* Proven expertise in designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications using Java and modern architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, etc.).

* Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Java EE), .NET (C#, .NET Core), , and Python.

* Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns (MVC, Microservices, Event-Driven, CQRS, etc.), and best practices.

* Expertise in RESTful API design, GraphQL, WebSockets, and service-oriented architectures (SOA).

* Experience in building scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems.

* Proficiency in , Angular, , or other modern UI frameworks.

* Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management libraries.

* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native services, serverless computing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

* Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems.

* Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Helm.

* Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) and event-driven architectures.

* Expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).

* Understanding of security best practices, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and data encryption techniques.

* Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions and compliance standards.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in troubleshooting complex systems and performance tuning.

Technical Expertise
