Job Title: Architectural BIM Coordinator

Are you an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator looking to take your skills to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality building information modeling (BIM) services?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Architectural BIM Coordinator. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of BIM projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in adhering to BIM Implementation Plans, including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions.
  • Deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services, working closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact project deliverables.
  • Prepare drawing packages, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain technical capability in BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs through construction using BIM processes such as 5D/4D, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Have knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation, and experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
