About Our Architectural Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Translate architectural specifications into detailed designs using advanced CAD software, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations to guarantee compliance, safety, and excellence in our designs.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical plans into cohesive and flawless architectural designs.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Use analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
