Structural BIM Coordinator

This role is critical to the success of our projects, requiring a highly skilled professional to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedules and updates.
  • Delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control on Autodesk Revit models, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Preparing drawing packages, utilizing technical skills to ensure precision and clarity.
  • Maintaining expertise in BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500, to drive design and construction through BIM processes.
  • Managing 3D models, reviewing quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyzing models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Prior experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects is an asset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks.
  • Proficiency in Dynamo.
  • Proficiency in Recap.
