Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position will provide exceptional customer service while serving as a primary point of contact for high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts.
  • Assist customers by initiating payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve outstanding issues and respond to client inquiries.
  • Follow up on service tickets and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Interface with clients to determine their needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
  • Ensure service expectations are met and establish rapport with each caller.
  • Complete banking transactions and identify opportunities to market bank products to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable products and services and stay informed about new offerings.
  • Sell, market, and share information with customers to educate them about financial options.
  • Provide referrals to the relationship manager for new and additional services.
  • Participate in client loyalty processes and follow-up discussions to address concerns.
  • May participate in business reviews to learn about clients' strategic direction and product offerings.
