Job Overview

Oracle ERP Master Data Management Lead

As an Oracle ERP Master Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable MDM solutions that address the organization's data quality requirements and align with its business objectives.

  • Define data models and metadata structures to support data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing processes to address data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with existing systems.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
