Job Title: Data Migration Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a data migration specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migrations, technical skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs.

The role involves designing, managing, and optimising complex data migrations, developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift, and transforming data to onboard clients into our software/solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical skills in conjunction with AI coding assistants
  • Design, manage, and optimise complex data migrations
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs
  • Documentation: Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management

This role requires a high degree of IQ, focus time, and finding things out on your own. You'll be working with a new technical stack that's always building and our culture is asynchronous.

We're looking for experienced applicants who have conducted a number of customer migrations (+20). This means specifically transforming data in order to onboard a customer into your software/solution.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of recruitment CRMs, and experience with data migrations. They will also have a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
