Medical Representative Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets in Jabalpur and nearby cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product awareness in the region.
  • Organize product presentations and promotional activities in your territory.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily visits, prescriptions generated, and client feedback.
  • Stay up to date on company products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Location: Must be residing in Jabalpur.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related discipline.
  • Skills Required:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
    Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
    Good time management and reporting capabilities
