  • Articulate business problems, develop recommendations, influence stakeholders to adopt an approach and deliver results
  • Work with diverse clients, adapting communication style to meet client needs
  • Obtain product certification to guide clients through the best approach forward
  • Use product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve goals
  • Collaborate with teams from different geographies, be open to asking for help and supporting when required
  • Deliver defined scope of work, identify risks and issues, plan workload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly with project managers about configuration changes, schedule, and status
  • Assist peers by reviewing their deliverables from time to time
  • Execute unit test cases to verify changes done as part of requirements
  • Debug and resolve any issues encountered during testing
  • Document changes precisely for customer benefit
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Certified on Workday platform preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Be adaptable and flexible, working extended hours to meet deadlines should not be a concern
  • Have learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by business
