Job Title: Digital Workforce Optimization Specialist

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to optimize our workforce management systems. Your primary focus will be on implementing, configuring, and supporting Time-to-Pay (TTP) module and Australian payroll functionalities within our HR platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance modules for timekeeping, scheduling, and TTP.
  • Design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing of TTP rules to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between our HR platform and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide expert-level support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer.
