Value Growth Expert

We are seeking a proactive Value Manager with 5-10 years of experience to drive value growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and effective communication strategies to drive value growth.
  • Create detailed action plans to improve key performance indicators such as revenue, loyalty/retention, digital engagement, and value compliance.
  • Communicate effectively on strategic initiatives and develop compelling promotions to support these goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, energy, and excitement around new products, pricing strategies, promotions, incentives, and other key initiatives.
  • Generate specific KPI action plans in collaboration with onsite and value teams.
  • Monitor and proactively act upon value outlier performance to address deviations and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint Presentations.
