Job Description\

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling on-spot issues related to hotel bookings, ensuring seamless check-in processes and resolving payment issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve rate match requests from trade partners promptly.\
  • Refund and Booking Amendments: Process requests for refunds and booking amendments efficiently.\
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve partner queries and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.\
  • Booking Operations: Manage and process FIT (Free Independent Traveler) hotel bookings and related customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.\
  • B2B Tool Efficiency: Utilize B2B tools effectively for managing hotel and ground service reservations.\
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain open communication channels.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1–2 Years of Experience: Hold 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in a B2B environment.\
  • Proficiency in B2B Tools: Possess proficiency in using B2B booking tools for hotel and ground services.\
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.\
  • Ability to Work Rotational Shifts: Show willingness to work in rotational shifts to meet business needs.\
