CRM Strategy Manager

We're seeking a skilled CRM Strategy Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts across multiple clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of CRM principles and a passion for customer-centric marketing. You will work closely with clients to ensure CRM campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with their overall business objectives.

You will oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by addressing bespoke requests, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic CRM guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Multi-Channel CRM Campaigns: Plan, develop, and implement targeted CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Craft Personalised Content: Create engaging content across email, SMS, and push notifications to deliver personalised experiences to customers.
  • Work Closely with Clients: Collaborate with clients to ensure CRM campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with their overall business objectives.
  • Segment Customer Lists: Segment customer lists to deliver targeted campaigns to specific audiences, optimising the customer journey at every touchpoint.
  • Analyse Campaign Performance: Use data analytics to measure campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement), and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in CRM efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience in CRM Management: Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM Software: Proficiency with CRM software and tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with market segmentation.
  • Excellent Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and remotely.
