Overview of the Job

This role is a key position in driving sales growth through bank customers at branches across assigned locations.

Responsibilities and Key Results

  • Drive wallet share in allocated branches with focus on product mix.
  • Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, and various KPIs for designated branches.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.

Skills Required

  • Product/subject matter expertise.
  • Business perspective & planning.
  • Finance / insurance industry awareness.

Requirements:

  • Ensure compliance to internal sales process and other compliance standards.
  • Should be process & product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team.

Other Requirements:

  • Adhere to the training road map.
  • Provide timely reports to the supervisor as per requirement.
