Financial Management Professional

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional to oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants. This role will involve managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls, as well as proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.), and MS Excel.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Consolidating monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Preparing MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Managing statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensuring compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitoring cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Supporting annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardizing accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liasing with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Providing actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality/multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.), and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
