About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to fill this recruitment role.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Requirements

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

*Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.

*Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.

*Strong sourcing skills using job boards, networks, and other channels.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

*Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.

*Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
