Job Title: Business Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, specifically in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirement gathering within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for Oracle EBS modules.
  • Develop test plans, test scripts, conduct functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform data mapping, data migration, and master data management activities for smooth implementations and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Specialized knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Expertise in SQL for reporting and data analysis, MS Excel for data analysis and reporting, and Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Alerts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS modules and provide functional support to users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upgrade or implementation projects for EBS 12.2.x across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business streams.
  • Integration of Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems for seamless business operations.
