Job Summary:

The SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the online visibility of a company. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with other members of the marketing team and work closely with the leadership to execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques, perform keyword research, analyze website data, and generate SEO reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with the company's marketing goals
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic to the website
  • Optimize website content, including headlines, meta descriptions, and image tags, to improve search engine rankings
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Provide recommendations to improve website performance and search engine rankings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
