Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a high-performing team responsible for originating and corresponding US Home Loan products. Your expertise in mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines, will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and quality control.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong supervision, organization, and math skills. You will work closely with team members, peers, managers, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless communication and alignment of key initiatives, deliverables, and expectations.

Key responsibilities include managing training programs, developing coaching and training materials, and monitoring loan production pipeline performance. You will also be responsible for preparing action plans or correction actions when individual metrics are not met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Manage the development of training programs and materials to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze loan production pipeline performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 72-84 months of mortgage origination and correspondent experience in US Home Loan products.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
