Job Role

The primary function of this role is to devise and execute business-to-business marketing strategies to attract Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in India and abroad.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with a strong background in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting brand growth—both in domestic and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
