Senior Full Stack Developer and AWS Team Lead Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our technology foundation as the team lead. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to drive innovation and scalability.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  • Architecting scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Developing and optimizing frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Setting up and managing databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentoring & guiding a growing team of developers.
  • Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly).
Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications: React Native, React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI), Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices architecture design.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, schema design & optimization.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Docker & Kubernetes (EKS), Security, IAM policies, VPC design, monitoring (CloudWatch).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: 3+ years in leading development teams, Agile/Scrum practices, strong problem-solving & decision-making ability.
