Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Communicate effectively with users and peers to understand and address their needs
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work outside core business hours as required
