We're seeking an exceptional Content Director - Copywriting Expert to lead our copywriting team in delivering top-notch content that resonates with clients and drives business results. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the quality of all written content, ensuring it's engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.

This role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, providing constructive feedback to writers, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their content needs and expectations. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the quality of all written content, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and expectations, ensuring all content exceeds client requirements and addresses any concerns or revisions promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the copywriting process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with copywriters, editors, and project managers to provide guidance and support.
  • Manage and assist in hiring freelance copywriters and editors.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a lead role overseeing content projects.
  • Managed a team of at least 10-12 copywriters.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and understanding of various content styles.
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
